AETNA Physics Consult Settlement
AETNA has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit regarding the insurance company's denial of numerous claims for physics consultations under CPT 77336.
If you or your practice had a CPT 77336 claim denied as incidental to other services for consultations between October 1, 2003 and April 1, 2005, you may be eligible for 100% reimbursement as part of the settlement.
