If you have registered for or completed a course, you may use the links below to access your course materials.
Problems Accessing Course Materials
If you are having difficulty accessing your course materials, try the following troubleshooting suggestions:
- Make sure you’re entering your username and password correctly. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive; make sure the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is turned off.
- Make sure you have the correct course title. Some course titles have similar names so it’s possible you're attempting to access course materials for a course other than the one you registered for.
- Firewall settings: Some firewall and network security settings at some workplaces or hospitals can prevent you from accessing your course materials. In this case, please try the following:
- Contact the network administrator at your workplace or hospital for assistance.
- Try to access your course materials from home or another location.
- Contact ACR: If you continue to have difficulty after trying the steps above, send email to EDCTR-WebReg@acr.org and we'll investigate the problem. Please include the following information in your email:
- your name
- course name and date
- a description of any error messages you receive when trying to access your prep materials
- best method of contacting you
